Hubby got called into work this afternoon till tomorrow morning,so a very quick Mel had to be done but something tasty. I done a chicken version of this Mexican beef taco pasta recipe. It was absolutely lovely only thing I changed was the meat & used chicken stock cube,couldn’t wait to let the cheese melt lol. Hubby realy enjoyed this dish, thank you so much xx

Really tasty and easy to make. Only thing is the ingredient amounts don’t make sense. It says less stock cube and peppers for 2 people as opposed to 1. It’s not the only recipe this is happening with either which is a shame because it’s difficult to know if the amount of ingredients is actually correct.

Hey Lisa! It'll still taste amazing without it but not creamy, so if you've got any cream cheese other than creme fraiche they both work wonderfully! 🥰
