Is this light mozzarella grated or as in fresh ? If grated where do you get that from

I sometimes freeze a light mozzarella ball and grate it as I can't find light mozzarella pre-grated :(

I used red pesto. It stuck to the wire rack in my ninja 🤦♀️note to 1s self, use grease proof paper 😂
