Another fantastic and really easy dinner! I had to adapt it as there were no edamame beans when I did my food shop so I substituted them with peas. I didn't fancy plain rice tonight so I made egg fried rice from an earlier recipe I made (sticky sesame beef meatballs). I really enjoyed the pickled cucumber with this dish, so fresh and zingy! I would absolutely love some more 5% pork mince recipes Christina. It's such an affordable lean meat and it is really tasty.
