Hey Suzie - for most pasta dishes when you save reserved pasta water, you use it in the sauce to help the sauce stick to the pasta and coats it wonderfully.

Starving today and this really fit the bill! Very tasty. Used ancho chilli flakes that arenโt quite as harsh as the regular ones- kept the sausage a bit more chunky too.

If you're a fan of ancho chilli flakes try it on top of toast, with a drizzle of honey. My fav way to have them currently!!
