Made this tonight and asked Christina what I could use as an alternative protein to chicken. The suggestion was poached egg which I have never tried with pasta and was a little skeptical but it was absolutely delicious and I will definitely be doing this again 👍🏻 Only thing I would change is adding a little more water to make more sauce and not overcooking my pasta 🤦🏻‍♀️

Didn’t use the Boursin - added extra garlic and herbs after using Philadelphia cheese instead First time using the app, lovely :)

Unreal!!! 😍 We live overseas and I couldn’t get Boursin and Pancetta in my shopping, substituted for garlic and herb cream cheese and fried off some salami. My seven year old had seconds!! Another night of clear plates, thank you 🥰 xx

Could I substitute the Boursin with anything? It’s a lot of expense for just 8g especially if I don’t like it (never tried it so not sure). Thanks!

Sorry Adele I've just spotted your message, yes you can substitute it for garlic & herb Philadelphia. Use a heaped tbsp to match the flavour intensity of the Boursin which is very very strong!
