Notes

To make your own garlic & herb sauce ⤵️

Mix 2 tbsp light mayo with 50g 0% Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp cold water, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp white wine vinegar, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp dried parsley.

To make your own doner kebab seasoning ⤵️

Mix 1 tsp minced garlic, onion granules, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, oregano, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and a good pinch of salt & pepper.

I absolutely loved this recipe. I followed the 'make your own' kebab spice mix and garlic sauce. I did go a bit heavy on the iceberg lettuce because I shredded too much and didn't want to waste it, but it was super tasty! So refreshing and perfect for the sunny weather.
