Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

First grab a bowl and mix the pesto with the sliced chicken.

Step 2

Place the mozzarella first on the wrap, then the chicken, pepperoni and salad.

Step 3

Fold in both left and right sides of the wrap, pull the bottom flap up and over the filling, and roll it tightly forward, finishing seam-side down.

Step 4

Spray a pan with oil and fry the wrap on all sides until crispy. Slice and enjoy with some crisps.

⭐ MEAL PREP INSTRUCTIONS ⭐

  • Once you've mixed the pesto, chicken, mozzarella and pepperoni together, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

  • When your ready to eat, add to a wrap along with fresh salad and eat as is - or fry in a pan to get crispy

    PS: Remember to double the ingredients for every wrap your meal prepping!

Ate it cold at work so think it would’ve tasted better hot as lettuce was a bit soggy.
