Raspberry & biscoff pancake stack

A banging breakfast idea, high in protein but without the protein powder and ready in just 6 minutes. I served mine with raspberries then biscoff to drizzle over, but you can customise it what suits you.

Great question, Debbie! Just pop it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and give it a good stir! 😊

Oh my god! We make pancakes often as they are firm favourite with the kids so have tried lots of different variations but I have never whisked the egg whites separately and what a difference it makes! Mine in pic were a little flatter than when they first came out of pan as I cooked for 4 people and kept them warm in the oven so we could all eat together but still totally fluffy & delicious! Couple of tweaks for my goals - I added a scoop of protein powder, reduced the oats slightly and added some almond milk. Also kids are not a fan of raspberries so strawberries it was! It felt like a real treat!! Perfect for my sweet tooth cravings! Thank you x

Wow, this sounds amazing 😍 whisking the egg whites is such a game changer isnt it! Your tweaks with protein powder, almond milk, and strawberries sound perfect for keeping it both tasty and higher in protein. love it! 🥞✨

Wow, wow, wow! 🤩 This was absolutely insane! The pancakes are super wobbly, fluffy, soft and an absolute delightful texture. I didn't have any biscoff spread so substituted it with Hazlenut white chocolate spread - it was absolutely incredible 😍 I literally inhaled it and then felt sad when it was all gone 😂 I will definitely be making this on repeat. It was such a luxurious breakfast, perfect for the weekend 😋 Christina, this was absolutely bangin'! Thank you ❤️ Just an fyi, the method doesn't say when to add the vanilla, I just added it in with the oats, egg, yogurt and baking powder👍🏻 Also, I used 66g raspberries as it's what I had left, unsure if the 15g is a typo should it be 150g?
