Perinaise chicken wrap

A quick and filling lunch idea that takes just 10 mins to make and has a whopping 48 protein in! Only 339 calories per wrap too ๐Ÿ‘

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Butterfly the chicken then slice all the way through to get two pieces.

Step 2

Season with peri seasoning and half the peri marinade.

Step 3

Fry in a pan sprayed with oil for 3-4 mins on each side or until cooked, then dice.

Step 4

Mix the mayo, 1 tsp peri marinade and 1 tbsp cold water together to make perinaise.

Step 5

Spread half of the sauce on each wrap, then top with the lettuce, chicken then cheese.

Step 6

Roll then fry in a pan sprayed with oil for a few minutes to crisp up the sides then dive right in.

I found them ok to wrap even though I always end up with a whole in the side where some little bits fall out ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ I did use regular white wraps though as opposed to high protein wraps as thatโ€™s all I had
