New Meal Plan: week 31
Happy Wednesday everyone 💗 Here's some new meal ideas to add to your meal plans! Sticking with the comfort recipes theme when the weather gets colder, these will certainly warm you up. Starting off with my favourite recipe and if you fancy a lasagna but without the faff, try my lasagna enchiladas brushed with garlic butter. Next is creamy chicken & mushrooms on top of crispy paprika potatoes. Then, 2 banging fakeaway ideas if you're craving a takeaway but want to save your money (and waistline 😘). Lastly an absolute classic Toad in the Hole! We made it last night and even my toddler devoured it... parents, you know the struggle so the recipe was a WINNER. I hope you love the recipes xx
Garlic butter lasagna enchiladas
When you fancy lasagna but don't fancy the faff then make this. Bolognese stuffed into mini tortilla wraps, rolled up and slathered with white sauce and cheese. Don't forget the garlic butter for extra flavour - the whole family will LOVE it.

Shredded hoisin chicken fakeaway
If you love duck & pancakes from the takeaway, give this recipe a go. Chicken is cheaper and cooks quicker than duck, shred it and coat it with loads of hoisin sauce. Serve it on egg fried rice and its a belter of a fakeaway!

Toad in the hole meal
A classic winter warmer, I can't tell you how many times I've made this over the years. It's been perfected now so that the pancake is perfectly crisp on the outside, but perfectly soft in the middle. It went a down storm with my toddler (which is always a big win).
