Meal Plan Week 58

Happy Friday team 💛 6 new recipes are live on the app this week to add to your meal plans. As always, tweak them to suit you or just take some inspiration from it. The sun is still making it's appearance so I made 2 versions of my 10-minute easy burrito bowls, when you want something easy without the faff. Next is a dump & bake recipe with all the spaghetti and meatball flavours you know and love. 2 meal prep pasta salad recipes with the most moorish dressings. Last but not least 20 minute hunters chicken enchiladas recipe thats perfect for an easy midweek dinner. Can't beat an easy dump & bake recipe when you don't want the faff! The meatballs are browned for extra flavour and seasoned with Italian herbs, the spaghetti soaks up all the rich marinara sauce and everything is finished with plenty of melty, stringy mozzarella.

Here’s another easy 10-minute burrito bowl, packed with all those bold peri-peri flavours. It’s loaded with sticky peri chicken pieces, grated cheddar, flavourful peri-seasoned rice, and a fresh, crisp salad.
